Word, Thought, and Prayer for Day Sixteen

Word:

Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen. (I Peter 4:9-11)

Meditation Thought:  God’s grace is far beyond my comprehension, yet He has made me a steward of it. I am the one who controls God’s grace for the people I come in contact with. What an awesome responsibility!

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I sing about your Amazing Grace, yet You have chosen to make me the steward, the manager, of this grace for those people in my world. Help me to be a faithful steward of this amazing grace, and, more than that, help me to do it in a way that brings You the glory and the praise You deserve.
