This is day nine in our 21 days or prayer and feasting.

Today, pray to speak boldly about God’s goodness, and pray that we will be a church of “great grace.”

From the Word of God:

And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word. Stretch out your hand with healing power; may miraculous signs and wonders be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” After this prayer, the meeting place shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. Then they preached the word of God with boldness.

All the believers were united in heart and mind. And they felt that what they owned was not their own, so they shared everything they had. The apostles testified powerfully to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and God’s great blessing was upon them all. (Acts 4:29-33; NLT)

The song today is “Courageous,” by Casting Crowns. This is a live version of the song. It’s true that the song is really for men, but the lyrics are so powerful, especially for today’s prayer, and they can easily be for all of us.
