July is a month dedicated to our families!

On Saturday, July 9, we had our first ever FamilyFunFest! It was our VBS event for this summer, and almost 150 parents and kids came for a night of extreme fun! With inflatables, an excellent dinner by David and Lisa Taylor and Jenny Goode, some intense competition (including a couple of “minute-to-win-it” games!), some powerful praise and worship, and a free resource for every family, it was a night to remember! We are so thankful for Eran Strickland’s vision to get our families together, to laugh and play and worship!

And July 16, around 30 people joined us for our first “Night in Narnia,” as we watched “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.” We’ll be watching “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian” on July 23, at 7 PM, and we’ll be watching “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader” on July 30, at 7 PM.
