Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is He who made us, and we are His; we are His people, the sheep of His pasture. Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name. Meditation Thought: Gathering with brothers and sisters to worship God should be an occasion of great joy!

Prayer: Lord of Heaven and earth, You are worthy of my praise. I pray for an attitude of joy and thanksgiving when it is time to worship You. I pray that I will carry that joy with me as I go throughout my daily activities. Forgive me for those times I have not worshiped You in the right spirit and right attitude. May my worship to You be an encouragement to others. Through Your son and my Savior I pray, Amen.
